CHARDHAM BY HELICOPTER ITINERY FOR 2024 (6 Days & 5 Nights)
Our Chardham Yatra starts in the lap of luxury, surrounded with nature. Nestle on the foothills of Queen of Hills Mussoorie, amidst picturesque Malsi forest and majestic Himalayan range, lies the sprawling campus of Hyatt Regency, Dehradun the first 5 - star deluxe hotel of Dehradun. Our journey for Chardham Yatra makes the yatra filled with everlasting memories.
We are associated with India's prime aircraft and helicopter services. this yatra with highly experienced team of helicopter pilots, but, will also make your trip memorable.
Dehradun is the base of the Helicopter - tour. It is the starting and ending point.
Pickup from Dehradun Airport / Railway station in Toyota Innova provided prior.
A Complimentary stay on the day of arrival inclusive of dinner. All other extra bills have to be paid directly to the hotel.
Important: Only 5 kg baggage per passenger is allowed hence guests are advised to stick to this weight limit. Excess baggage may not be allowed to go onboard the helicopter. We will be providing handbags to each guest.
Moring weather is very good for helicopter flying. So guests are advised to leave the hotel latest by 08:45 A.M. as choppers will take off at 10:00 A.M. sharp. This will be around 30 minutes ride.
You will land on Kharsali helipad, Yumunotri.
Then after you will be taken to check in the hotel in Kharsali, where your breakfast will be ready.
After completing breakfast palkis will be ready to take yatris to the temple.
The approximate time taken for Yumunotri Temple Darshan is 6 hrs (round trip). Yumunotri trek is 7km one way.
In the evening yatris are advised to visit Shani temple. It is the first and oldest Shani temple in the world.
Guests are advised to leave the hotel latest by 09:15 A.M. as choppers will take off at 10:30 A.M. sharp. This will be around 30 minutes ride. Departure from Kharsali & arrival at Harsil helipad.
After landing you will be taken to the hotel for Check - In.
Then after you will be taken to Gangotri temple, which is 22kms and takes about 45minutes by car.
There is a walk of about 300 - 400 meters at Gangotri for car parking to temple.
Approximate time for Gangotri temple darshan is 3 hrs to 4 hrs.
Guest must visit ancient Lord Vishnu temple and Hari - Shila which is walking distance from the resort.
Enjoy the bonfire on the river side in the evening at the resort.
Guests are advised to leave the hotel latest by 09:45 A.M. as choppers will take off at 11:00 A.M. sharp. This will be around 30 minutes ride. Departure from Harsil& arrival at Sersi helipad to change helicopter for Kedarnath which will again take 7 minutes to reach temple.
Temple is located at an altitude of 11500 feet. One may feel change in oxygen levels, so after getting down from chopper walk slowly towards the temple.
Accommodation quality in Kedarnath is basic but we provide neat and clean rooms and linen with all essential amenities.
After Check In all passengers will be taken for VIP darshan at the temple.
Special Abhishek Puja takes place at the temple throughout the night.
Kedarnath temple is seeing a very large number of visitors now a day. Sometimes during the heavy rush period administration stops yatris from doing the puja inside the grabhgrah and only darshans are permitted. However we ensure that we arrange the best possible puja and darshans for our guests.
Helicopter will take off at 12:00 A.M. sharp. This will be around 30 minutes ride. Departure from Kedarnath helipad via Sersi helipad & arrival at Badrinath helipad.
Badrinath is the main dham in Chardham Yatra located at 10,000 feet altitude on the banks of river Alaknanda.
After landing you will be taken to the hotel for check in
VIP darshan will be arranged for all guests.

ShayanArti: This is the highlight of our Chardham Yatra. This puja starts at 9:00 PM and lasts for 2.5 hrs. We will arrange tickets for all our guests for this puja.
Helicopter will take off at 1:30 P.M. sharp. This will be around 60 minutes ride. Departure from Badrinath helipad arrival at Shashtradhara helipad, Dehradun.
On reaching you will be taken to the hotel where your extra luggage was kept.
After that your drop to the airport or railway station will be arranged for your onward journey.
